ARBS is a banner-based promotion system for 'small web' websites, it is not affiliated in any way to agoraroad.
It makes use of a modified version of the same script navlink ads uses, the banners cycle every 30 seconds.
Currently ARBS is hosting mirrored banners from 32bit.cafe banner exchange

If you want to promote your site with ARBS banners, adding the banner to your site is optional. If you add it, please put it in a visible place, hiding the banner under a drop-menu at the footer is mean.

If you want your banner to be included:

• The image must be 728 pixels width, 90 pixels height (728x90).
  
• No flashing lights
  
• Safe for work
  

It is important to note that I will also not advertise pages that are already on the frontpage of neocities, those pages do not need advertising, they would be occupying the place of a smaller page that could actually benefit from the banner.
